Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Kevin is the Founder of REIC, which he started in 2014. Kevin started in the equipment rental business in 1995 as the CEO of Neff Rental. He took Neff public in 1998 and built the company into one of the largest national companies. Kevin has been CEO of several other companies. Kevin leads REIC and is responsible for all acquisitions, capital and overall management and strategic direction of REIC.
Senior Vice President – Operations
Dustin has been in the equipment rental business since 1995. He started as a rental technician and moved on to assistant manager, branch manager, region fleet manager, district manager, vice president and now Senior Vice President in charge of all of REIC’s field operations. Dustin’s previously worked with Arrow Rentals, Prime Equipment, Rental Service Corp. and Pro Rental and Sales.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt is a seasoned financial executive who has been with REIC since 2014. Previously he was the Controller of Midway Rentals, the first rental company purchased by REIC. Prior to this he was the CFO of Northwest Fuel Systems. Matt is in charge of all of REIC’s financial, accounting and administrative operations.
Regional Vice President
Jeremy has been in the equipment rental business for 20 years. He was previously with ICM Equipment, H & E Equipment Services and Pro Rental and Sales. Jeremy has worked as a service technician, rental coordinator, and branch manager and now as Regional Vice President in charge of the REIC’s stores in Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, and Oregon.
Regional Fleet Manager
Dallin started in the equipment rental industry in 2010 with Pro Rental and Sales. He worked as branch manager before taking on the fleet manager role. Previously he worked in the construction industry and was part of the USMC. Dallin is responsible for all fleet purchases and sales.
