The service at this location was unprecedented. The fact that I can name, Rob, Sean and Matt off the top of my head, speaks to their ease of doing business and true customer service. I called 1 week in advance for a scissor lift rental and was flying in from Denver to look at a construction project. I was told I would get a call the day of delivery to confirm and I did as promised. Snow was coming down and I was instructed to call once I was 15 mins out, in Rigby. I did and once onsite, shortly their after Matt arrived with the lift. It only took about an hour to use the lift and then I called for pick-up. Matt showed back up shortly there after, asked if everything worked alright (and it did) and we loaded it up.Flying in from out of town and needing rental equipment, WITH TIMING, is a stressful ordeal that typically never goes off without a hitch.
